PilotBooker will verify your identity before disclosing or changing account data. We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex requests, incomplete information, legal holds, fraud concerns, or identity-verification problems may affect the process. We may ask for additional information strictly necessary to confirm identity or authority.
