Book and train off-platform
Once you agree on a course, booking, contracting, invoicing, and payment currently take place directly with the provider. PilotBooker does not currently process training payments.

Add your courses, pricing, aircraft types or licence categories, location, and photos. Listings normally publish immediately. You remain responsible for accuracy, legality and compliance with PilotBooker's Listing Rules.
Publish accurate regulatory information
State the relevant authority and reference accurately. PilotBooker does not verify or endorse regulatory status; users are directed to official authority sources.
Receive messages
Pilots searching your category and region see your listing and message you directly with their training goals and timeline.
Reply and convert off-platform
Respond to messages from your provider dashboard. Booking, invoicing, and payment happen directly between you and the pilot.
