Searching, comparing providers, and sending messages is free during the current launch period.
Not yet — PilotBooker connects you with a provider through messaging. Booking, scheduling, and payment happen directly between you and the provider you choose.
No. PilotBooker does not approve, certify, accredit, verify or endorse a provider’s regulatory status. Authority names and references are provider-supplied and must be checked through official authority records.
Listing is free during the launch period. Any future optional provider features will be explained before they are introduced.
No. PilotBooker is an independent directory and communications platform, not an aviation authority or certification body. Providers remain responsible for their listings, and users must confirm regulatory status and scope with the competent authority.
PilotBooker does not currently process training bookings or payments. Providers and pilots contract and pay directly, subject to their own agreed terms.
Open the PilotBooker login panel and select “Forgot password” to receive a reset link by email.
Pilot and provider account types are managed separately. Use the supported registration flow for each role, or contact support before creating a second account so ownership and access remain accurate.
