How reviews work here
Rules for eligibility, evidence, moderation, provider responses, disputes, and the limits of what a review means. This policy applies whenever PilotBooker enables review features.
Who can leave a review
PilotBooker may require a logged-in account, a genuine directory or messaging interaction, evidence of training, or another eligibility signal before accepting a review. A message sent through PilotBooker proves only that an account used the messaging feature; it does not by itself prove that training was purchased, completed, passed, safe, lawful, or satisfactory.
PilotBooker may refuse or remove reviews where eligibility cannot be reasonably established, but has no duty to investigate or authenticate every experience.
Content guidelines
Allowed
- Honest first-hand experience stated as opinion
- Specific, relevant, proportionate factual details
- Constructive criticism of training or communication
- Information the reviewer is legally allowed to publish
Not allowed
- Fabricated, incentivised, retaliatory, or coordinated reviews
- Defamation, threats, harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks
- Private personal data, confidential documents, or security-sensitive details
- Claims about accidents, crimes, medical matters, or regulatory breaches presented without an appropriate lawful basis
- Provider self-reviews, competitor manipulation, impersonation, or undisclosed conflicts
Evidence, moderation, and editing
PilotBooker may request invoices, booking records, message history, or other proportionate evidence solely for eligibility, moderation, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal-compliance purposes. Reviewing evidence does not make PilotBooker an auditor, regulator, fact finder, guarantor, or endorser and does not establish that a provider or training service is lawfully approved, safe, suitable, or of a particular quality. PilotBooker will not use a regulatory-status badge for reviews.
Reviews may be edited for formatting, privacy, legal risk, relevance, or policy compliance without changing the reviewer’s intended meaning where reasonably possible. PilotBooker may ask a reviewer to revise a review or may decline publication.
Moderation and enforcement
PilotBooker may use automated controls and manual review, but does not promise pre-publication screening or a particular investigation period. PilotBooker may preserve, restrict, remove, reinstate, rank, de-rank, close comments, suspend accounts, or refer matters to competent authorities where reasonably considered necessary.
Provider responses
Providers may be offered a right of reply. Responses must remain professional, relevant, lawful, and compliant with the same privacy and content rules. A response does not create a right to identify a reviewer, disclose private records, pressure removal, or publish confidential information.
Disputing a review
A provider or reviewer may flag content through the available report process. The person reporting should identify the specific policy breach and provide evidence. PilotBooker may ask the parties for information, take temporary action, reject a complaint, or leave the review unchanged. PilotBooker is not required to adjudicate private contractual, employment, regulatory, or defamation disputes.
Legal protections and responsibility
Reviewers are responsible for the truthfulness, lawfulness, originality, and consequences of their submissions and must have the necessary rights to publish them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for claims and losses caused by their unlawful or rights-infringing content, subject to the PilotBooker Terms.
PilotBooker may retain relevant records for moderation, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, and legal claims. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer, privacy, accessibility, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
