Listing Rules

These Listing Rules apply to every listing submitted, edited, renewed or published on PilotBooker. They apply across current and future categories, including flight training, licence courses, type ratings, recurrent training, renewals, simulator services, language testing, aviation career preparation and other pilot-related services.

These rules supplement the Terms of Use , Provider Terms & Conditions , Privacy Policy and Aviation Training Disclaimer. A Provider must comply with all of them.

1. Scope and Acceptance

By submitting or maintaining a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to represent the named Provider and that the listing complies with these rules and all applicable laws, regulatory requirements and advertising standards.

PilotBooker may request evidence, reject a submission, require corrections, limit visibility, suspend publication or remove a listing where it reasonably believes this is necessary to protect users, third parties, the Platform or the integrity of directory information.

2. What May Be Listed

A listing must describe a genuine aviation-training, licence, renewal, assessment, recruitment-preparation or closely related pilot service that the Provider currently offers or is genuinely preparing to offer.

• Flight training and licence courses
• Type ratings, differences training and recurrent training
• Instrument, multi-engine, instructor and other ratings
• Licence renewals, revalidations and currency training
• Approved simulator or flight-training-device services
• Language proficiency, examinations and assessment preparation
• Interview, psychometric, CV, logbook and airline-selection preparation
• Aviation-medical examiner, aeromedical-centre or aviation-medical-clinic appointment profiles accepted under the separate medical-provider rules
• Other pilot-career services specifically accepted by PilotBooker

Products, merchandise, aircraft sales, unrelated professional services, general tourism, non-aviation education and other services outside PilotBooker’s accepted categories may be rejected.

3. Provider Authority, Licences and Approvals

You may list a regulated service only where the Provider holds every licence, approval, certificate, authorisation, insurance policy and instructor or facility qualification required to advertise and provide that service in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Regulatory references must identify the correct authority, approval holder and scope.
• Approval numbers, certificate status and expiry information must be accurate where displayed.
• A foreign approval must not be presented as authorising operations in another jurisdiction unless that is legally correct.
• Suspended, restricted, expired, withdrawn or revoked approvals must not be represented as current.
• Any material investigation, restriction or change affecting the advertised service must be reflected promptly.

PilotBooker may request documentary evidence but has no general duty to verify or continuously monitor every approval.

4. Accuracy and Substantiation Standards

Every statement must be truthful, current, complete and capable of substantiation. A listing must not create a misleading impression through wording, images, omissions, placement, formatting or comparison.

Providers must promptly correct or unpublish information that becomes inaccurate. PilotBooker may make non-substantive formatting, spelling, category or presentation corrections, but responsibility for the listing remains with the Provider.

5. Pricing and Commercial Terms

Prices must be genuine, current and displayed in a way that allows a pilot to understand the likely cost before making a decision.

• State the currency clearly.
• State whether VAT, taxes, authority charges, examiner fees, aircraft or simulator time, study material, accommodation, travel, deposits and other compulsory charges are included.
• Use “from” pricing only where a real service is available at that price and explain the principal variables that can increase the total.
• Use “contact for pricing” only where the service is genuinely bespoke and a meaningful published price cannot reasonably be provided.
• Do not publish fictional discounts, unavailable promotional prices or placeholder figures intended only to attract messages.
• State material cancellation, refund, rescheduling, expiry and no-show conditions before a pilot commits or pays.

6. Availability, Delivery and Location

Listings must accurately state where and how the service is delivered, including whether it is in person, online, blended, aircraft-based or simulator-based.

• Do not advertise dates, seats, aircraft, simulator slots or locations that you know are unavailable.
• Do not list a city or country merely to appear in local searches where the service is not genuinely delivered there.
• Where availability changes frequently, describe it as subject to confirmation rather than guaranteed.
• Material changes after a message must be disclosed before the pilot commits.

7. Categories, Titles and Duplicate Listings

Choose the category, service title, aircraft type, authority and location that most accurately describe the listing.

• Do not place a service in unrelated categories to increase visibility.
• Do not repeat keywords, locations or aircraft names unnaturally.
• Do not create multiple substantially identical listings for the same service, location and commercial offer.
• Separate listings may be permitted where services have materially different aircraft types, locations, approvals, formats or course structures.

PilotBooker may merge, recategorise, limit or remove duplicate or miscategorised listings.

8. Photos, Video, Logos and Documents

Media must accurately represent the Provider or service and must be owned by the Provider or used with all required permissions.

• Do not use another Provider’s facilities, aircraft, simulator, instructors, students or branding without permission.
• Do not use stock imagery in a way that implies it depicts the actual facility or equipment.
• Do not upload forged, altered or misleading certificates, approval documents or badges.
• Obtain permission from identifiable individuals shown in media where required.
• Do not upload confidential documents or personal data that should not be public.

PilotBooker may resize, crop, compress or format media for display and may remove media that creates legal, safety, quality or authenticity concerns.

9. Contact Details, Messages and Direct Arrangements

Public listing content must not expose personal or private contact details contrary to PilotBooker’s privacy and messaging design.

• Do not place private email addresses, personal phone numbers, usernames or personal messaging handles in titles, descriptions, images or documents.
• Do not disguise contact details through symbols, spacing, images or coded wording.
• Do not use coded contact details, deceptive links or misleading redirects to bypass privacy controls, impersonate another organisation or expose information that a user has not authorised for public display.
• Do not misuse pilot messaging information for unrelated marketing, resale, scraping or unsolicited bulk communication.

PilotBooker may remove or obscure prohibited contact information. Providers and pilots may communicate and make arrangements directly. PilotBooker does not become a party to their booking, payment, contract or service relationship.

10. Performance Claims, Comparisons and Guarantees

Claims must be specific, supportable and not likely to mislead a reasonable user.

• Do not guarantee licence issuance, rating endorsement, examination success, employment, airline selection, visa approval or regulatory acceptance.
• Do not publish success rates, pass rates, placement figures or student numbers without reliable and current evidence and a clear explanation of how the figure was calculated.
• Do not claim “official”, “approved”, “authorised”, “accredited”, “partner” or similar status unless it is factually and legally correct.
• Do not make false or unverifiable comparisons with competitors.
• Testimonials must be genuine and must not omit material conditions or incentives.

11. Prohibited Listings and Content

The following are prohibited:

• Services the Provider is not legally authorised or competent to provide
• Fraudulent, deceptive, unsafe, illegal or materially incomplete offers
• Forged qualifications, approvals, identities, reviews or supporting documents
• Discriminatory, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or harassing content
• Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights
• Malware, phishing, suspicious downloads or links intended to compromise users
• Offers involving bribery, falsified records, examination cheating, licence fraud or regulatory circumvention
• Services restricted by sanctions, export controls or other applicable law
• Listings created to impersonate, damage or unfairly divert business from another Provider

11A. Aviation-Medical Directory Listings

Aviation-medical directory profiles may describe provider-supplied services only where the provider is lawfully authorised to provide the stated service at the stated location and for the stated jurisdiction, examination type and medical class. PilotBooker does not schedule appointments or collect medical records.

• Use provider-supplied authority and designation wording; do not claim PilotBooker verification, approval, certification, accreditation, credentialing or endorsement, and do not add badges or graphics that imply any such status.
• Submit only business contact details you control or are authorised to publish. Contact details may be shown only to logged-in users, but that access control does not make them confidential and does not permit misleading or unlawful publication.
• Do not guarantee medical eligibility, fitness, a certificate, renewal, revalidation, authority acceptance or employment outcome.
• Do not request or upload medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, mental-health information, examination results, medical certificates, identity documents or official medical-application references through PilotBooker.
• Any stated fees, availability or access information must be accurate, current and confirmed directly through the provider’s official channel.
• The provider must handle clinical information, professional consent, healthcare records, authority reporting, payment and examination decisions through its own lawful systems.

12. Privacy and Personal Data

Listings must not publish personal data unless publication is lawful, necessary and authorised. Providers must use personal information received through PilotBooker only for legitimate messaging handling, eligibility assessment, service delivery and lawful record keeping.

Providers are responsible for their own privacy notices, security controls, marketing consents and legal obligations after receiving pilot information.

13. Review, Evidence and Platform Moderation

Listings normally publish immediately without routine pre-approval or verification. PilotBooker may review a listing after publication, after a user report, or where automated or manual checks indicate a policy, fraud, safety, legal or security concern.

PilotBooker may request reasonable evidence and may correct categorisation, restrict visibility, pause or remove content. Immediate publication is not an endorsement and does not guarantee continued publication, ranking or traffic.

PilotBooker does not verify, approve, certify, accredit or endorse a Provider’s regulatory status. Any authority name, reference, approval, licence, certificate, scope or expiry information remains provider-supplied and must be checked independently with the competent authority.

14. Ranking, Featured Placement and Search Visibility

PilotBooker may determine how listings are categorised, displayed, ranked, ordered or promoted. Factors may include relevance, completeness, location, responsiveness, quality signals, policy compliance, user preferences and clearly identified paid promotion.

No Provider is guaranteed a particular position, amount of traffic, number of messages, ranking or period of visibility.

15. Corrections, Suspension and Removal

Where PilotBooker reasonably believes a listing breaches these rules or creates legal, safety, fraud, quality or reputational risk, it may:

• request evidence, clarification or correction;
• edit non-substantive formatting or categorisation;
• limit, pause or unpublish the listing while investigating;
• remove media, claims, links or contact details;
• reduce visibility or remove promotional status;
• suspend or terminate the Provider account; or
• preserve or disclose relevant information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal or permanent exclusion. PilotBooker is not required to keep a listing live while a concern is investigated.

16. Reports, Corrections and Appeals

Users and Providers may report inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe or infringing listings through the Contact page . Reports should identify the listing, the concern and any supporting evidence.

A Provider may request reconsideration of an enforcement decision by supplying relevant evidence. PilotBooker may maintain, vary or reverse the decision after review. Reconsideration does not guarantee reinstatement and does not limit any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Changes to These Listing Rules

PilotBooker may update these rules to reflect legal, regulatory, safety, operational or platform changes. The revised date will appear at the top. Providers are responsible for keeping their active listings compliant with the current rules.
